About Us

Opened by John Konkoly in Spring 2008, Tibor's Bistro is a much needed addition to Clontarf.

Tibor's is dedicated to using the best of organic, local and seasonal ingredients. The team of chefs blend modern and traditional bistro fare, with European provincial influences.

Tibor's has an extensive wine list ranging from cherished old world classics to contemporary new world blends. The cocktail bar holds a wide range of premium spirits and liqueurs, serving classic cocktails, mixed drinks, beer on draught, and over twenty wines by the glass.

The surroundings are unique and luxurious with comfortable leather banquette seating, Murano crystal chandeliers adorning the walls and ceilings and a soild mahogany and mosaic cocktail bar.

The bistro features an outdoor dining terrace and a private sheltered smoking room. Tibor's accommodates groups and is also available as a venue for special events.
